Disable offline form & use bot to handle the chat

Hello, I have configured a bot and it's working perfectly.

But then I noticed that when there are no operators online, when vistors entered the chat, an offline form will appear.

That's not I want, I want the offline form to go away, start the chat automatically and let the bot to handle the chat.

I don't know how to configure it, please help!  cry

Two ways.

1. Either you set department online hours like 24/7.
2. Or during embed code generation you choose department you generate code to.

Usually chat does not know if you have more than one department for what department you are generating code so naturally it falls back to offline mode.
