Wrong visitor timezone detected

On visitors info, country is well detected, but its time zone is being misassigned (and actual time).

See this case as example (CO is UTC-5, no daytime saving, so there should be 1:54:41):

It comes directly from visitor browser and this part is solely based on customer pc.

I'm doing test from different computers with right time setting.

As you can see in the image is in fact getting country correctly, BUT is assigning it a different time zone. (We share the UTC-5 'zone' with NY, but we never use EDT, so we are like EST)

Maybe there is a file or table where timezones are defined?

PS: It only happen with visitors info

Country and timezone is independent things. I can't fix that.

What time zone is set in your pc during testing?

(UTC-05:00) Bogota, Lima, Quito in 2 computers
GMT-05:00 Standard Colombia Time in mobile.

Believe me, it's NOT on the devices.

I tested I can confirm timezone detected incorrectly. Will update, but only next week.

Updated official versions. Please update. Timezone will be detected correctly. Old online visitors will have still invalid timezone, but all new visitors will have correct timezone. Chats always will have correct timezone.
