No, but you can support customers who writes to whatsapp using twilio plugin, as whatsapp does not have official api

Well finally I could use twillo and whatsapp, Only one thing i need change the fields lhc_twilio_phone.phone, lhc_twilio_phone.originator and lhc_twilio_chat.phone, from 15 charatectr to 25 and wokrs perfectly sendign messages into sandbox environment. But I am not sure how to get messages from the customer whatsapp to LHC backoffice. Do you have any idea?

In general customers should be writing to your whats'pp twilio account/phone number and then you will get messages just like you wrote.

This sounds interesting but I have no idea how this works in real world...Can you guys help me if this mean that people can use their whatsapp to chat to me? Do thier numbers need to be registered or anyone can just chat with us on whatsapp? Yo help will be highly appreciated

1. You register what’s app phone number in twilio
2. Customer writes to this number using what’s app app
3. You as operator still have to use lhc back office to chat
