"Sorry but voice messages are not supported on your browser"
I get this message in both embedded and 'default' widget.
Could it be related to iframe Feature policies?

Is working over https always.
I'm getting prompt on Chrome mobile, accept then works.
In desktop not working, not in Firefox nor in Chrome, getting the message above.

Read article few untill you get it working that's all I can help and make sure your sends correct headers for wasm file as stated in article.
