https issue due to image and links

Hi Rem smile
been awhile i know but i been busy lol..
Hi, i just got a new SSL certificate rather than renew the old one because i had to change my common name.

But unlike before now i have a warning triangle on those pages and when you click on the triangle it says.
"the connection to this website is not fully secure unencrypted elements such as images"

I have not made any changes to the pages, they are the same as they were with the old certificate.

I removed everything extra on the https page of the site so that i finally got a https secure logo in the url, now i am just adding one thing at a time to make those thing secure.  However not sure what i need to do with the livehelper.  I am still researching this.
Seems the issue is that the js file that i made with the widget codes is not in a secure folder and the livehelper is actually installed in a non secured sub dir of the main site so every time it calls the js and the images for the widget it give that error because it sees a link on a secured page to a non secured image or url
this never happened on my old certificate but i am told that some of the browsers are now beginning to show this message more and more.
So im not sure if i should move the livehelper install folder inside the secured area of my site or what.
I am still researching this... any ideas.. thanks

Re: https issue due to image and links

UPDATE:  seems changing the chat config to https mode does solve the issue. I did try this before but i guess maybe the change did not take because this time it does work.
