add a special field in start page.

I need to add a special field (text) in start chat page.
It is serial number (text).
How could i define it and where.
Is it possible to add it to the start page?

Hi Diego, in live helper chat settings you can create custom widget themes.
Here you can insert custom HTML in the custom content tab.

- Settings
- Live help configuration
- Widget themes
- Custom content tab

You have to use the theme as default or choose when you generate the embed code.
