set the user can choose department before starting the chat

Hi, I am configuring start chat page, and i need the user can choose between all the departments.
I do not want to be assigned to a default one.

welcome on the live helper chat forum!

When you have more than one department you can generate the embed code for all department so online department should be visible.
For be able to see department in the drop down you must have at least two department online or the default one online will be used.
