31 - Pro active invite always showed also when visitor click the "x"

If the pro active still be showed when the page is refreshed or changed and the "x" for close it is clicked, maybe you selected in pro active to show the invitation every time is matched.
Please check the pro active settings and uncheck this option if you don't want show the pro active after the x is clicked.

-settings
- live help configuration (tab)
- Pro active chat invitations
- edit the relative pro active
- looking for Show every time it is matched
