30 - Missing pro active invite when page is changed

Sometimes can happen you set up a pro active invite but the pro active is loosed when visitor change the page without press the x for close the pro active message.
In this case check the domain field is empty on

-settings
- live help configuration (tab)
- chat configuration
- misc

"Set your domain to enable user tracking across different domain subdomains."

leave this empty

Be sure also

"Please enter explicit http mode. Either http: or https:, do not forget : at the end."

is compiled correctly

Now embed code in your website must be generated including the domain so if the domain is www.domain.ext in embed code related domain filed you need to insert domain.ext
