After crashed Server, version of my LivehelperChat-Software and DB

Hello,

my web-server is crashed and I have to restore it from backup's.

The last two backup's of my MySQL-Folder are corrupt and I have
to use the third one, but I do not know witch version of LHC is
compatible to this database.

How can I figure out witch version a LHC-database and a LHC-
software has ?

Do each database have a table where the version is stored ?

Do each software have a file, where the version is stored ?

Kind regards
Bernd

Hi Hamburgo, thank you for your question!
I don't know this. I should ask to the developer that cannot reply now as it's busy.

I will try to forward your question.
For security reason you should always use the last LHC version so update when an updates come.

Usually you can monitor updates in two places:

Re: After crashed Server, version of my LivehelperChat-Software and DB

Hi PeopleInside,

before the crash of the server, I have had a near actual version.
But, this is lost.

My lastest bug-free DB is from April 2019 and I do not know
exactly if it is compatible with LHC-V297 or -V324.

Now, I do not have the time for a clear-install and the whole
new configuration.

It will be very helpful, to can have the lastest DB as offset, to
come back online asap.

Re: After crashed Server, version of my LivehelperChat-Software and DB

Sorry, seems the chat owner can reply at the moment.
Maybe you can't know the version from the database.

It's always important keep backup associated with the right database.
You can do some resume test and try to solve your server and backup issues.

Again I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing.
Thanks for posted your question on the live helper chat forum!
