Problems reinstalling

Hello, I had long installed live helper chat in my synology, but since the last update I had problems with the bots also when adding images or creating trigger. It does not let me do anything, even when the bot that I had already created is activated it does not respond to what I had configured (flashes every few seconds) but does nothing. So I decided to reinstall it. My surprise was that it doesn't let me install it. I have given 777 permits to all the files to see if so and neither. i have php 7.3

The issue you are experiencing with a new install is about a new instance of live helper chat without including any extension?

If it is the latest version, download it from that link. But I don't know what happened that doesn't let me install it. I used to install it without problem.

maybe try in another moment. Let's start from zero.
Sometimes just need to skip some file by not uploading correctly.

I'm using the latest version with PHP 7.3 and doesn't have issue also consider all suggestions in my previous reply:

With a new install on a different moment you can see if the error still be the same.
Maybe can help write here every step you take.

Hello again, in the end I deleted all databases and all websites hosted and restored to a previous month and everything returned to normal. I can now install it and everything works perfectly. Thank you very much for your help greetings.
