iframes
Hi Guys
I see tracker or identifier for an iframe (new feature update) . I have upate demo database and started chat from demo.livehelperchat.com and i still do not get URL identifier of that chat.
Do i need to activate any feature or something

Hi Lilo, pu can see from where visitor arrive only if you start chat from Widget.

I can see when I use widget but the matter is on iframes or achat URL like demo.livehelperchat.com. The new versiom is to resolve my query and lets see if someone has tried it.

Sorry for the confusion . I decided to use the widget but in the excel reports i cant see the full URL came from . Its showing when i am handling the chat but not pulling in reports.
