I have some problems. I removed Department working hours and only chat will show ONLINE when agents are online. Also I closed chat (not storing chats) when customer from Leave Us Message (offline), but I am receiving some chats when all agents offline. I just figure out they came from Pro Active Invitations. Is there any way to disable Pro Active Invitation when agents are offline?.

in chat configuration there is setting "Should invitation logic be executed if there is no online operators".
If it is executed means someone is online.

It checked there. I just unchecked it. If I unchecked it would not be show pro active invitation right?.

Correct. Are you sure pro active are showed when chat is offline? If you refresh the page after a pro active is showed the live chat result to be offline?
