Good morning!
We use Live Helper chat with several user logins, and we have encountered situations where some users seem to switch to other users interfaces randomly
This created multiple issues, like unavailability in the right department, and fake availability on the wrong department. Also the user experiencing this issue cannot send messages while it happens.
Screenshot removed by peopleinside: sensibile data and bad quality.
It seems to get fixed with a CTRL + F5, but we would like to have this prevented to happen again
Any thoughts?

Hi, welcome on the live helper chat forum!
I'm sorry to read you are having issue with live helper chat.
What version of live helper chat are you using?
The issue can be that in your system other operators can joing already accepted chat taken by other operators?
Your screenshot incliude an email address, please don't include private sensibile data on the forum. You should cover email addresses, IP etc.
The screen is also very small, difficult to understand.
If you need fast and more custom support i suggest to consider the commercial support, more info on my forum signature.

Thanks a lot for the quick response, and sorry for the sensible data screenshot
I believe I am using version 2.44, indeed that is correct, a second operator can join a chat already taken by a first operator. Thats a great feature for us as we can transfer the chat to specific agents at will,
The issue we have is that in some situations even being logged in as Agent A, the systems seems to log me off and log me back in automatically as Agent B with a different set of departments assigned,
That gets fixed with a quick update of the page, but we would like to know if we can prevent that from happening,
Thanks in advance for sharing any solution,

Hi, thank you for the update!
The version 2.44 is old. The last version is 3.23.
You should consider to backup your live chat folder and database than upgrade:

Maybe the last version doesn't have issues.
Here you can receive only basic support: i am a member like you.
If you need more deep help for your business i suggest to consider the commercial support (more info on my forum signature).
For use tha last version of live helper chat 3.23 your PHP version should be supported: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php
Kepp the server and the software updated is very important for security and performance.
