Chat invitation won't send

Hey,
In admin dashboard, there's a possibility to send an invitation to an operator manually (under online visitors).
When I'm sending the message, the chat won't open for the customer that i sent it to.
I used this documentation as a reference: https://livehelperchat.com/sending-mess … s-91a.html
Made sure "online tracking" is available and agents are available as well.

Am I missing something else?

I need users that need as me to resume the situation before the latest updates.

Currently the visitor have to refresh the page for see the invitation or you need install Node J something i cannot do for example.
In old version of Live helper chat was present the possibility to send a message to the visitor and show this message without visitor have to refresh the page.
Please add yourself , post into this GitHub issue.
