log_error issue

Hi,

I tried to update Database from AWS RDS to local DB, so I modified the values in settings/settings.ini.php . then I cleared cache and when refresh the page it is whitescreen. So I went to check nginx log and it shows "PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function log_error() in /var/www/webchat/lib/core/lhcore/lhdb.php on line 66"p

Can someone help to fix this issue?

Consider support on local host can be more difficult also i can provide only basic support.

Before do an update you should always made a full backup copy of database and folders so if something went wrong you can restore live helper chat.

Hi,

Actually I am not updating entire LHC, I just copied the DB from cloud to localhost and updated the values in settings.ini.php and it throws me call to undefined function log_error()

Maybe you do something that has broken the database.
Also move from cloud to localhost can cause issues.
