Need search IP address and List Chat ID

Hello,

I want to see the list of active chats should display the chat ID's as well and there should be a provision to search the chat from IP address in the list of active or closed chats.

So that we can find out the multiple chats initiated by the visitors with the help of IP Search.
By defining the listing of Chat ID, it will be easier to make sure that the agents have not deleted the chats.
