Notifications new message received.

Hi.
I would want to know if there is any way to enable notifications for new incoming messages. In my company all the computers has no speakers so that all notices must be visual ones.

Hi,

Sorry but no. The only thing it does now is changes tab title to "tab title (n)" where is is unread messages. Also i ques it changes title if there is unread messages.
How do you imagine this notification for new incoming messages? incoming chats can have many notifications although, but not new messages.

Hello again.
Right now I'm using another chat program that does this. For me it it is essential that operators can do their work normally and while waiting for a message from the client can minimize the chat as this message might take minutes.
1 - new chat notifications. Chat Live Helper does this.
2 - New message notifications like this

3 - Close the chat window on the cross above right = close chat. should advise the client that the operator has closed the chat so you know that no one is listening.

4 - if the operator attempts to close the chat window on the cross above right should receive a message of confirmation
5, if the operator attempts to close the web page should appear live chat helper confirmation message like this.

If the operator gets lost and closes the chat window or the web page or no notifications of new messages, customers remain unattended.

1. Browser notifications implemented. You will find this option in Sync and sound settings sections.
2. As for alert i won't do that because of

Just update files.

And concerning desktop client, how a about flashing taskbar, like other chat system does (i.e.Skype)
