New Install - Pro Active Chat Not Triggering

I've set the seconds at 20 and pageviews at 2 but nothing happens.

The old lhc had a simpler interface but the new one has more fields that are not explained in the tutorials.

There doesn't appear to be a waiting... function.

I'm now being asked to choose an auto-responder but don't know how to set that up..

Is there an up-to-date tutorial guide?

I cannot do much about help you on the forum to set a pro active chat invitation.
You can try to read the FAQ:

If you use to insert the url in pro active try to keep it empty, sometimes issue are created by too much settings.
If you still have issue you can try to post here a screen of your configuration if there are not sensibile data.

As it happens, I'd selected the only department I'd set up.  I've chosen no department and now it works... weird.
