Need help tooltip timeout - not work on my installation
Need help tooltip timeout - not work on my installation - i have set 1 hours but always with 24 hours if visitor close the tooltip in the next page is still present.
All work great i only see this problem now, i can do something for check and fix this? I can't understand what can be.. do you have suggestion?

Thank, if i go in the settings and updgrade i see i have 1.91 so all seems to be updated.. but my installation chat it seems to not work with timout so what i can do is..? follow all update process and try to update again?

Sorry, but all works here. You can try fresh install or what. Also you can try clear cache in back office.

I have tried to delete the cache from the chat panel but nothing, I see in the database there are the timeout line so can I check other file?
If I can't fix I will try a clean install but I will forget everything

SOLVED,
was a settings in Chat configuration, MISC where i was inserted this two options:
Set your domain to enable user tracking across different domain subdomains.
Please enter explicit http mode. Either http: or https:, do not forget : at the end.
so i deleted the text with my domain and now work
