Offline messages duplication problem with Osticket module

Hi,
I'm using the Osticket module for LHC. There is a duplication problem. When an offline message will be sent by a visitor, there will be made 2 tickets. One of them by the Osticket module and other one with "email template". While I'm using the osticket module so I think the "email template" must be disabled automatically but it's not happened!

Please help me to fix this ticket duplication problem!
