RESET SETTINGS

Good morning.

Please how do i reset settings to the default settings... I want to do this because when logged in as an operator (with access to all departments) or an admin (with access to all departments), website visitors still get the message that there are no online operators at the moment. Any suggestions?

welcome on the live helper chat forum.

At the moment there is no way to reset all settings to the default.
You should do regular backups so you will be able to restore a previous version that work.

Try to generate a new Embed code and test if works. Check operator are assigned to the right department in their profile.

You can try to create a new parallel installation and see if this solve the issue.
