Live chat showing offline when operator is online also..

Hi,
I am sarita,  i need urgent help.

I installed live helper chat , previously it was working fine with http but after upgrading to https: its always showing offline, if the operator is online there.
please help.

old site url without https:

new site url with https:

Difficult to say. Please check your department and operator.
You can try to generate a new Embed code.
