sound not coming on proactive invitation
Please help how to enable proactive invitation sounds

whenever I update LHC, I will manually copy the sound folder to the previous design folder.
Might be that is one of the reason.

You have to follow the update procedure in the documentation 
usually I update the database from LHC than I replace the 7 folders as in the documentation. No issue
