How to show disabled department widget?

Hi,
after the update whe disabled department widget are not more showed, how to show it without abilitate the department?

Disabled department widget won't be shown. Option to show widget, but then in content will be written "Department is disabled"

I'm looking for the option to show widget but i don't see

i have looked for this settings on the specific department, the correct position to find this option is:

settings,
chat configuration,
misc,
Hide disabled department widget
