SugarCRM Intergration

I'm having a problem with the plugin, I can add new leads normally, but I can not update the existing leads data, when I click update data, they simply appear on the loading screen and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

you can look at this post: https://forum.livehelperchat.com/viewtopic.php?id=2195 if the issue is regarding the chat widget.

If this is a specific issue with a plugin or SugarCRM I think I cannot help.
