Add icon on chat window to Video/Voice chat.

Hello,

I´m working on a project to add voice and video chat, on LHC window with WebRTC.

It will be an independent system and all I need to do, is to set a new icon on user chat window, which should show only when an agent is connected to the chat.

This is because of:
- there is no point on user requesting a video/voice chat if the chat isn´t answered yet
- the username of the agent will be nedded (to connect both) to the URL for requesting the Video/Voice chat.

Ahh! other detail... it would be great if when user clicks on the Video/Voice icon, the agent receives a text msg:  "Video/Voice call request!"
