Hi All,
I need help & advice on how best to handle this. A livehelp link on all three websites. I have 3 websites [ having three
seperate URL's www.example.com, www.example1.com & www.example2.com ] on CentOS 5.5 VPS having Cpanel in one account.
Now I want to install a Live Help Chat for all this 3 sites using fourth domain on same VPS. [ say www.livehelp.com. ]
Now the problem, what is best way to reduce the server overhead or looping back as each website URL will be calling
the livehelp URL i.e. www.example.com calling www.livehelp.com, www.example1.com calling www.livehelp.com
& www.example2.com calling www.livehelp.com
1. Should I create a 4th domain & install Livehelp on same server [ instead of seperate VPS ] where my 3 main websites are running.
-If yes, then what is best way to reduce the server overhead or looping back as each website URL will be calling
Thanks
Hi,
With standard javascript you can't and I have no idea what else can be done there. Except you can use http://livehelperchat.com/how-to-use-chat-api-module-206a.html
And create your own status widgets cache statuses if you do not need proactive invitations and so on.
