[New Idea Function] Button on operator chat to send chat transcript to the client
Hi,
disable client button chat transcript is great but what can be nice and userfull now is let the operator decide when send chat transcript to the visitor.
Near the new button for redirect the user to the contact form can be added a new button for decide to send chat transcript to the email adress of the visitor or let choose to with email address send chat transcript.
So operator will be able to send chat transcript to visitor when desidered. What do you think?
