Stuck at "This chat is closed."

I have installed Live Helper Chat on my dedicated server.  Everything seems to be working fine, except that when I close, or delete a chat from the admin panel, the website user sees a message that says "This chat is closed" when reloading the help page. And it never goes away. They are never presented with the form to start a new chat.
Clearing cookies does not help. Same issue with Chrome or IE.  The server is running PHP 5.4.15 and MySQL 5.5.27. The embed codes are in an iframe that is presented on a tab on a website that is a dashboard for one of our products.
Does anyone know what I need to do to have the page display a new chat form when the old chat has been closed or deleted by the administrator/operator?
There must be a simple answer here, but I am stumped.

One more thing, don't forget to clear cache after you update.

Hello! I have the same issue: when operator close or delete chat on client side there is only messages that chat was closed or deleted and there is no way to return to start new chat page. I applied fixes from your answer, cleared the cache but nothing happens.

Currently I'm testing with last version of LHC, PHP 5.4.7 on the Windows machine. But the same issue appears on the Ubuntu machine.

What I have to do? I think that there should be the way to automatically redirect clientside users to start new chat or may the button "Start new chat". Or some think like this.

Hi,

At the moment user has to close chat widget, and click chat widget again to start new chat. I will think about your enhancement. OR you can fill feature request at githuib.

Thank you for responce.

I forgot to mention that I meant embedded chat. Will try to find out solution by myself but will fill feature request anyway.
