Widget issue

Hello. I have installed the chat widget in one page of my site. When I try to access it from the network where my site is hosted, it works alright. But when I try to load the widget from a different network, I get redirected by the script not to src="http://mydomain.com/chat/index.php..." but to src="//web/chat/index.php"I don't know why it changes http://mydomain.com by //web
Can you please help me with this? By the way, LHC rocks!
