Feature request - Auto replay on specific keywords
Hello everybody
I just have a short feature request. Would it be possible to let live helper chat auto reply to specific keywords? Like, if a visitor types "offer" in the chat there will be an auto answer with a link to the offers?

welcome on the live helper chat forum!
This feature is called ChatterBot and is not something for amateurs by itself like there is some tricky part regarding ChatterBot itself.

Hello
Thank you for the hint with the chatterbot plugin. Actually I wasn't looking for a complete bot but only a basic function to react on some keywords but I'll have a look to the chatterbot plugin.

There are not other basics functions that do this.
Only this plugin at the moment but seems little bit complex to configure.

I agree with Gwerdi ....Is it possible to give some documentation on linking the Chatterbot to LHC ....if we could get simple documentation , it will work like a charm

If a tutorial will be added you will find it but for the moment there are no other material.
You can consider commercial support if you need or to use info explained at the URL given.
Thank you for understand that this is a free Open Source project that take resources and time, offered for free with free limited support.
Some advanced request need more advanced support and programming skills.
