Hello, I have configured the "work hours / work days logic is active" in a department, then we have defined the work schedule of the department, but the end user can still open a session in the chat outside the scheduled time.
tested in the "demo" environment of "livehelperchat", not work
can you help me ?

You are able to start a chat because out of the time chat still be online or you are able to start a chat also if chat is showed offline?

Sorry, I closed the report. In my case chat was online in the offline hours because operator was set as online status.
I AM unable at the moment to reproduce this issue so you need add more details.

is it possible set ('disabled' at option) page initial, when outside the configured time?

Sorry, I cannot understand you.
In the settings, under misk you have option to decide if ignore operator status or consider operator status during work hours.
