generating XLS report

it gives me this error

[== Undefined ==]
This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://<url>/site_admin/chat/list/(xls)/1 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

any idea what might be wrong (I dont see anything in apache error log), I need to able to generate the XLS report so I can send it

PS: Print button works

Hi jpdc,
thank you for your message!

I tested the XLS report function on LHC version 2.75.
Followed this steps:

- Clicked on Chat, Chat List on the left
- Used XLS or XLS with content button

a download browser window is showed: all works fine.

Seems the issue is related to your server.
What version of LHC are you using?
What version of PHP are you using?
I suggest to check better error log message.

my bad, seems like php-zip module is needed, I installed that and the xls reports works fine
