Hello,
From some months, when arrives a new chat notification email , the URL from which the user writes does not appear and, most importantly, the URL to accept the chat does not work.
Any suggestions?

thanks for your answer and for your test of today.
Yesterday I have handley deleted the cache of LHC (I don't know why the deletion directly inside the backend of LHC doesn't works) and the URL to accept chat inside the notification email now works.
Remains a problem of CSS (when I click in the link to accept the chat, the page that opens have some CSS problems) and still the URL from who the user starts the chat is not present in the notification email.
This is an example of the notification email of your chat request of today:

thank you for your post!
An image has been removed from your message because was showing my IP and private email address, be careful when you share data that not belong to you
You was great on the text message not on the screen however the screen help me to understand that your install seems to have issues.
Icon are not showed correctly on the operator side. You can try with browser development tool for understand if there are some errors and where is.
I do not know if you add some CSS code or edited something.
In my install I think I AM able to see where user start a chat (link of the start page) so issue seems to be related to you, some settings or also ... some issue as icon image on the operator side are not showed well.

I found the problem: the URL in the notification email message to accept the chat automatically is in HTTP rather than HTTPS
Clicca per accettare la chat automaticamente:
http://livehelp.*****.it/index.php/chat/accept/ec27fbca1************/ee******************/********.it

Hi welio,
is strange as if I try to load your chat URL with HTTP I am been redirected to the HTTPS so this should happen also on the accept link.
I AM also asking why from visitor side there are no icon issues but on your admin / operator interface all icon has issue to load.
If you still unable to fix the issue I suggest to give a look at this page:

I AM asking what version of LHC are you using, what version of PHP, if there are server error log message, if you insert some custom CSS,
and if a new install will work without all the issue I seen (icon and link chat).
Anyway you can try to follow the link I provided and you can try to ask on GitHub.

Please check also on settings, live help configuration (tab), chat configuration, misc (tab) to have compiled correctly the field "Please enter explicit http mode. Either http: or https:, do not forget : at the end."
