delay in jabber-client

Hi Remigijus,

There is ability to send a notification to jabber-client in the system.When we was testing the notification in our server, delay was about 25-30 minutes.
Please, tell me, what we need to do with the settings for the fast notifation in jabber-client. Is it depends with our servers?
Do you have plans for do directly chat through jabber-client (without notification for chat throught web-site)?

Hi,

1. Yes it depends on your server. Notification about new chat in all cases are done instantly, as soon client starts chat. So it's something with your server or just LHC confguration itself. With gtalk and OpenFire i was receiving notifications instantly.

2. At the moment not. Just it would require a lot of time and would need some running background service to make all this happen.
Here is my settings for example.
