start chat frrom operator

Hi
I know is possible for a operator to send a message to online visitors. but I noticed that only 1 message can be send at a time. -- if I send a new one, the visitor wont see it unless it reloads the page or visit a link in the page. So, My question is, is there any way to start a chat automatically when the operator send the message?

at the moment I think it is not possible, sorry.
