Widget invisible with active operators
Hi,
we've configured a widget to hide itself if there are no active operators.
The problem is that, also with an active operator, after a period of time, the widget disappears!
It seems like a timeout of a session, but the user is active and is working. Also calling the API GetUserOnlineStatus or entering in the admin site, they confirm the active status.
Our software communicate with LHC via API (not REST) and set the status ative/inactive of a user via our user interface
The only way to maintain visible the widget is to logon into LHC administration page... but is not the right way for our user.
Any idea ?

you can try to go on settings, live help configuration (tab), chat configuration, misc (tab)
and change value on:
How long operator should go offline automatically because of inactivity. Value in minutes

Hi,
the parameter was set to 60 minutes, but the widget hides in about 15 minutes.
Yesterday we set the value to 720 minutes, but the widget hides at the same way.
And operator side, calling the GetUserOnlineStatus every about 5 seconds, returns online.
Any idea ?
