How can i enable faq for the users?
Hi All,
I am unable to understand how to present FAQ module to users within livehelper chat. I do read from Guide that we need to have some embed code in our page to show FAQ section. But I have been looking for CMS to put embed code in. No success in that sense. Shall i have to code a page within chat to put faq embed code? If this is the case then is there any guideline about the code structure about how to add a page?
I am really in need of this.

Hi alithestar2000,
welcome in the live helper chat forum!
You need put FAQ embed code in the footer of the CMS (you can try there).
No need a guide for explain how to copy the embed code, just go on the Embed code section and paste the code in the right place.
What CMS are you using?
Please try and if the issue persist you can try to add more details: CMS used, etc.
