Hello,
is there an option/workaround how to keep the chat window open even if not yet started? Will be fine to keep the content of the filled form (eg. email)?
Thanks Patrik.

Hi patrik,
welcome in the live helper chat forum!
You can set a pro-active as explained in the documentation:
https://livehelperchat.com/ultimate-tut … -217a.html
there are not present other functions.
Also at the moment visitor have to fill every time the email address it's for security reason.
There is a request on GitHub to memorize and show this information, you can follow or post here:

Hope this helps,
have a great day and time!

Hello, thank you for quick reply.
I am not sure we are not in sync.. Only thing I need is to keep chat window open in this scenario.
1] User will start chat using button
2] widget ask him/her for input topic/email/name whatever configured on "Start chat form'
3] user browse a page, hit F5, refresh, whatever <---- at this point the chatbox widget disapears

Hi patrik,
as this is an open source project you need set up pro active by yourself.
Maybe if you are new know better the software can take some time and some work from your part. Documentation etc.
If you need custom support there are the commercial support:

I do not know if point 3 can work. Visitor have to close the widget if has been opened.
1 and 2 will work. You press the widget status and the widget is showed, user are able to type name and email than start a chat.
