Archive Operator mail sent to offline chat

I don't see an option for this, and was wondering if there is a way to record the Email that is sent by an Operator in the Chat history/response so the response can be viewed later on.

Hi,
thank you for your message!

In the email settings you can choose to receve each mail is sent from the chat so when usually I sent an email to a visitor on close chat email are sent also to me.
This can help also to not have too much data that can create a big database on the livechat.
