Chrome Extension - clicking offline doesn't seem to work

If we click on the lightning bolt to go offline, it still shows our LChat as being online. How do we logoff?

Also, is there a time setting for notification for the initial alert that you have a chat?

Hi,
why are you using the old Chrome extension?
Seems this component has not been updated recently.
Have you checked the last update date? You can turn on notification on your browser (Chrome).

You cannot set timer for decide when notification is showed,
for all other issue as you seems to be not a new user you can refer to the commercial support.

We love this product and have donated $$ towards it so please forgive me, but if the Chrome Extension is old, why is there a link on the Live Helper Chat with download instructions and why is it on the extension library of Chrome to use? I found it here on this page: https://livehelperchat.com/article/static/5

We decided to download the Chrome Extension due to the issue of Live Helper chat being in one Chrome TAB while having other tabs active and LHC was not notifying us with a sound when we had a chat request. We thought the Chrome extension was a new feature and it at least notifies us.

I realize there is a new LHC and I plan on updating it tonight. I'm not sure it will solve our original issue with the notification not sending sounds.

What is the current version of LHC?

There is no sound issue on the last version, sound issue was present in a very old version as from what I know.

Also I hope you are using PHP same or superior to PHP 5.6.
