Pro Active Chat Invites Gone Haywire After Update

We have just followed all the procedures to update to 2.68

When we have gone through all the settings to familiarise ourselves with anything new, the previous pro active chat invites (system config) have vanished; however, they still work on the site!

We have tried entering new pro active chat invites but it seems to still be defaulting to the old ones.

Has anyone else had similar experience? Do we need to completely re-install?

Any help would be appreciated.
