Live Helper Widget on spinning mode

Please,

After upgrade tables in "Upgrade Information" the widget staring spinning yesterday and is still spinning after two re-installments.
I understand that you have a couple of solutions in the forum, but none is working.
Its strange because I have installed in a couple of other websites in my hosted in my server and all woks fine.
its only here, https://higialuz.com.br that its out of normality .

I also have contacted the servers administration, they said that they did not alter anything in the security, its the same.
Like I said before, after upgrading the tables things got spinning funky.

Please if you could shine a light I truly appreciate it.

If you update the database you need also update Live helper chat files.
