message before starting a chat

Hi!

How can I add a message before starting a chat.

For example: When there are no operators online, I get a message that say that "there are no operator connected".

I want to know in which part, could I paste the message "Please fill the data fields to start a chat with an operator"

Please let me know.

Hi,

Can you paste a screenshot where exactly you want this text? As for situation then there is no online operators there are atlaast few options like redirect user to leave a feedback of chat is not accepted in some time. Show offline form always then there is no online operators and so on.

Thanks for your quick reply, When I choose Insertion code for website....

When there is no operators the message shows and when there is online operators there is no message saying "Fill out this form to start a chat".

This happens using the insert code for website in the live help section.
