Minimize button on the left instead on the right

I have some issue with my template and css I guess.

The minimize icon is not on the right site anymore.  In the preview in the admin there are even two minimize icons... ?

I have activated in the template the copyright logo and changed it, but as you can see the copyright logo is not visible on the live site.

The position of the minimize icon has been change in the new version of LHC so it's all normal as you can check on the live helper chat website:
