Survey

Hi

I would like to use a survey which automatically pops up in the chat users window at the end of the session. I've seen it on multiple chat platforms but can't work out how to do it on LHC.

Any guidance please?

Sure!
When you generate the Embed code you have to select in the relative drop down menu the survey you want show at the end of the chat.
That's it, you need replace your existent Embed code with the new one who include the Survey.
