Chat won't load

Hello,

I have a little problem. I have a shop on PrestaShop CMS. I generated the code and place it in the header of my template. The chat icon is on the left. but if you click on it, the window opens and you see the loading icon all the time. In addition, the chat is all the time offline even though I'm logged in to the panel. My site is testowa.panmaterac.pl. can You help me with that?

Hi michal,
welcome in the live helper chat forum and thank you for your first message!

You have configured in your server a Content Security Policy that not allow the chat to work.
Live helper chat are unable to work because of your server configuration, this is not an issue of live helper chat.
You can see the issue in development tools of your browser.

You need remove or edit Content Security Policy on your server.

I do not know. Are you using Apache?
Maybe you have this directive in Apache.
You need search Content Security Policy in your Apache config.

Yes, i'm using apache. I write to server support, they should rather know what to do. Anyway, thanks a lot for Your help
