Live helper chat not working after update ?

Live helper chat was working as a charm, after the update (is directly updated by git) it's not working anymore.  There is a infinitive loop:

https://www.glansbeton.be/lhc_web/

I can not see anything in my error log, only in the usage log:
84.194.29.133 - - [17/Jun/2017:11:48:02 +0000] "GET /lhc_web/index.php/ HTTP/1.0" 302 413 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0"

But this is not giving me a clue sad

Re: Live helper chat not working after update ?

Hi deef,
thank you for your post and welcome in the live helper chat.

How you are updating LHC directly from github?
Seems your server are redirecting to a page that cannot be loaded.
Have you recently updated or added Header content policy?

Seems maybe some server configuration have issue... or maybe your update has been broken for some reason.
I think must probably it's a server configuration issue.

As seems to be an issue with your server I cannot do really much.
If you need support about this issue you can consider the commercial support,
more info into my signature.

You can try to follow a generic tutorial if the issue is in LHC broken installation and not in your server configuration
here: https://forum.livehelperchat.com/viewtopic.php?id=2193

Also if you update LHC to the last version please be sure to not use an older PHP version than PHP 5.6.
Bellow version will be not supported and is deprecated.

Hope this reply can help you.
Good luck  smile
