Hello all,

i dont want the users to click on a button ,
but i want them to straight see the chat window (and if they type+send something chat will be active)

Re: standalone chat

Hi vivaldi,
welcome in the live helper chat forum and thank you for your first post!

In live helper chat you can set a pro active invite so the chat widget will be opened without user have to click on a "button".
https://livehelperchat.com/ultimate-tut … -217a.html

When user will type something the chat is put in queue for the first operator,
if you do not like this you can set all operator or just one to accept chat automatically after some seconds.

You have other interesting options that you can try in settings, live help configuration (tab), start chat form settings,
"Automatically start chat then user starts typing. Only message field has to be required"
and
"Start chat process in the background as soon user submits form. Only message field has to be required"

I hope this helps.
Wish you a very great experience with live helper chat!  smile
